All account data, including your UPI or Paytm transaction records, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Only authorised personnel with a documented need can access identifiable account data.

Cookie Policy

Data Retention Schedule

We retain transaction records, including PhonePe and UPI deposit logs, for the period required by applicable financial regulations. Account profile data is held while your account is active and for a defined period after closure.

Updating or Deleting Records

We share data only with payment processors needed to clear your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions and with compliance partners required by law. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers under any circumstance.

These terms apply to every person who accesses or holds an account on 3zz.club, subject to eligibility under local law. Access is available only where permitted by the laws of your location; it is your responsibility to confirm this before opening an account.

When we make a material change to these terms, we notify you by email to the address on your account. The updated terms are dated and published on this page, and the version history is available on request from our legal team.

We collect the information you provide at registration, your transaction history including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe records, device identifiers used for security checks, and usage data captured by analytics cookies. You can request a full export at any time.

Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. We will process it within 30 days subject to our legal obligation to retain financial transaction records for the period required by regulation.

We share your data only with the payment processors that handle your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions and with any compliance authority that has a lawful basis to request it. No personal data is sold or passed to advertising networks.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3zz is incorporated and operated, read alongside any applicable consumer protection statutes in India. Where local law grants you additional rights, those rights are not displaced by these terms.
