We collect the information you provide at account creation — name, contact details, and payment method identifiers like your UPI ID. This data is used solely to operate your account and process transactions.

Account Security

Every account is protected by password hashing and two-factor authentication options. We never store full card numbers or UPI PINs — payment credentials are handled entirely by your payment provider.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian law after closure. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data by contacting support in writing.

If your bank records a debit but funds do not appear in your wallet, contact support immediately with your UPI transaction reference. We trace the payment and credit confirmed funds within 24 hours.

You can request account closure through live chat or email at any time. Any verified balance is returned to your linked payment method before the account is deactivated, subject to standard withdrawal verification.

We retain data for the period required by applicable Indian law, typically several years for financial records. Non-mandatory data can be deleted sooner upon a written request submitted to our support team.
